2. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to the products and/or services offered through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: the Website).
The contract is concluded electronically between the Buyer (hereinafter: the Customer) and the Service Provider, in the Hungarian language.

3. Ordering Process

1. The Customer selects the desired product or service.

2. By clicking on the “Order” or “Purchase” button, the Customer submits the order.

3. The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order via e-mail.

4. The contract is thereby concluded.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices indicated on the Website are gross prices, meaning they include VAT (if applicable).

In accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

• The Customer must notify the Service Provider of their withdrawal intent via e-mail or post.

• Returned products must be sent back in their original, undamaged condition.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

• The Service Provider refunds the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal (if applicable):

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Digital content where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment of waiver of the withdrawal right.

7. Complaints Handling

The Customer may submit complaints to the Service Provider using the contact details above.
All complaints are recorded in writing and responded to within 14 days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the Customer may turn to the Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület) competent for their place of residence.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:

• Technical issues or malfunctions of the Website.

• Errors or misunderstandings resulting from the Customer’s own fault.

• Problems arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Customer.

9. Copyright Notice

All content appearing on the Website (texts, images, graphics, designs) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of this material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

• The contract is concluded electronically and is not archived.

• Hungarian law shall apply to this contract.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions. Such changes do not affect prior orders.
